Our work began in 2023 as a research and development effort in Singapore. Founded in 2025, Axiler grew from Jubaer Al Nazi’s experience in vulnerability research and security automation.

Jubaer Al Nazi
Founder & CEO
Jubaer founded Axiler after a decade in cybersecurity, with research uncovering vulnerabilities across 500+ companies, including Google, Facebook, Uber, and Yahoo. Previously working in security automation and penetration testing at Bitdefender and Axiata, he brings a researcher’s perspective to building proactive, automated defense.

Joseph K. Ratnam
Chief Commercial Officer & Board Advisor
Joseph brings more than three decades of experience across telecommunications and cybersecurity. His background spans data security, application security, identity security, network infrastructure, and enterprise security architecture, with leadership experience at companies including British Telecom, SAVVIS, Skybox Security, ReaQta, Checkmarx, Saviynt, and SecuPi in the Asia Pacific region. Joseph leads all partnerships and sales across the globe for Axiler.

Masudur Rahman
Chief Strategy Officer
Masudur brings two decades of experience in technology, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship and venture building, with work spanning Bangladesh, China, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. He holds senior technology, business and venture leadership roles in Bangladesh. At Axiler, he leads strategy and operations across regions.

Stefano is Chief Financial Officer at Axiler, leading the global finance function. His background includes Head of Finance at Dekko ISHO Venture Capital, Founder and CFO at Greensect, and trading and investment banking roles at Barclays, with an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School.
